Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment through various job portals and walk-in drives

Conduct training and onboarding formalities for new employees across all store locations

Maintain a secure and up-to-date database of all employee information

Prepare HR documents including offer letters, appointment letters, transfer letters, and relieving letters

Promote and develop employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and morale

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and legal compliance

Collect and assess HR data for performance management; provide inputs during appraisal and bonus discussions

Act as the primary point of contact for employees on matters relating to leaves, compensation, and grievance resolution

Provide strategic HR inputs to management for continuous improvement of work culture and employee development

Pay

₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
