Relationship Officer

Zorvic India Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates for the position of Relationship Officer. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships and understanding their financial requirements.

Key responsibilities

Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance and loan products.

Explain product features, benefits, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

Handle customer queries and provide timely support.

Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
