Key Responsibilities

Manage merchandising activities for silver jewellery and accessories.

Develop and coordinate new jewellery collections based on current trends.

Coordinate with designers, suppliers, vendors, and production teams.

Select and source suitable silver jewellery designs for the showroom.

Monitor stock levels, product movement, and replenishment requirements.

Maintain proper product details, pricing, SKU, and inventory records.

Coordinate sampling, product development, and order follow-up.

Check product quality, finishing, design, and specifications.

Study customer preferences and market trends to suggest new designs.

Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Support visual merchandising and jewellery display planning.

Negotiate and coordinate with suppliers for pricing, delivery, and quality.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in jewellery merchandising, silver jewellery, fashion accessories, or a related field.

Good knowledge of silver jewellery, designs, materials, and trends.

Strong vendor and supplier coordination skills.

Good understanding of inventory and product management.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Experience in a textile showroom or fashion retail environment will be an added advantage.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
