Wheat Bakes is a premium bakery brand offering healthy and delicious baked products. We are expanding our customer engagement and online operations, and are looking for a dynamic Customer Sales Executive to manage customer communication, online orders, and ensure seamless coordination between our stores and delivery platforms.
Role Overview
As a Store sales associate, you’ll be the face of Wheat Bakes — welcoming customers, guiding them through our products, managing billing, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection.
Explain product features, ingredients, and offers clearly.
Handle billing through POS system accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product display, counter hygiene, and overall store cleanliness.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and stock refilling.
Manage daily opening and closing procedures as assigned.
Coordinate with delivery partners for orders.
Record daily sales and customer feedback for management review.
Skills & Requirements
Good communication in Tamil and basic English.
Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
Basic computer knowledge (for billing and POS operations).
Prior retail or bakery experience preferred but not mandatory.
Punctual, honest, and disciplined.
Willingness to work shift timings (morning/evening rotation).
