Footwear Sales & Lead Generation Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic, target-oriented executive to promote diabetic, orthopedic and customized footwear and foot care products. The role focuses on generating leads, following up with customers, converting enquiries into sales and achieving monthly targets.

Footwear Sales

• Promote diabetic, orthopedic and customized footwear and foot care products.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing and suitability; follow clinical recommendations when helping customers choose footwear.
• Meet sales targets and respond to customer enquiries professionally.

Lead Generation & Business Development

• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media and referrals.
• Identify prospective customers and develop contacts with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies and diabetes care centres.
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals for appropriate referrals and maintain lead records.

Telecalling & Follow-Up

• Contact new and existing leads; convert qualified enquiries into orders.
• Share catalogues, quotations and offers through WhatsApp and email.
• Track follow-ups and reconnect with past customers for repeat sales.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain positive customer relationships and resolve concerns with relevant teams.
• Collect post-sale feedback and encourage referrals and repeat purchases.

Reporting & Sales Coordination

• Record daily leads, calls, follow-ups, orders and sales; submit EOD reports.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams and update customers on pending orders.
• Provide weekly and monthly sales performance reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Any degree or diploma; relevant sales, retail, telecalling or lead-generation experience preferred. Freshers with strong sales skills may apply.
• Good Tamil and English communication; Malayalam or Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic computer, Excel and WhatsApp Business skills; strong negotiation and follow-up ability.

Key Performance Indicators

• New leads, calls and follow-ups completed; lead-to-sale conversion rate.
• Monthly footwear revenue, new referral partners and repeat sales.
• Customer satisfaction and timely, accurate reports.
