Job Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect, verify, and process employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Manage employee records, onboarding trackers, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate background verification (BGV) and follow up on pending documents.
- Track candidate joining status and ensure timely completion of onboarding activities.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Prior experience in HR onboarding or HR operations.
