Founder's office- Business & Operations

This is not a function-based role. YOU will be The Founder’s Office and operate across the business - ensuring things move, problems get solved, and standards are maintained.Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a broader leadership position.

What you will work on Customer Experience

• Ensure a high-quality experience across store and Instagram
• Improve responsiveness, follow-ups, and service standards
• Maintain consistency in how the brand is presented to customers

Operations & Execution

• Track orders, vendors, and timelines
• Ensure tasks are completed on time
• Follow through until closure

Brand & Detail

• Maintain high standards of presentation (store, product, content)
• Continuously improve how the brand looks and feels

Founder’s Office

• Work directly with the founder
• Take ownership of problems and solve them end-to-end
• Bring structure where needed, without overcomplicating

Who this role is for

• 3–5 years of experience in a founders office/luxury retail/hospitality/ high-touch consumer businesses
• Strong ownership and execution ability
• High attention to detail
• Customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple areas without defined boundaries
• Able to take initiative and also push back when required
• Interested in fashion, retail, or craft-led businesses

Experience in textiles is not required.What this role is not

• Not a typical corporate role
• Not limited to a single function
• Not a fixed 9–6 job

This is a hands-on role in a retail business.

Pay

₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
