Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from prospective customers.
• Make regular follow-up calls to leads and maintain proper follow-up records.
• Understand customer requirements and provide basic information about projects, flats, pricing, location, and offers.
• Schedule and confirm site visits based on customer interest and availability.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding scheduled site visits and customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and update the lead status.
• Maintain accurate daily call records, follow-up details, and site visit reports.
• Update lead information and ensure no potential lead is missed.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly call and site visit targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.
• Prepare and submit Daily Telecalling Reports to the reporting manager.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and build good customer relationships.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Tamil and English.
• Good follow-up and convincing skills.
• Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets / CRM will be an advantage.
• Experience in Real Estate / Construction Tele calling will be preferred.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
