Responsibilities

Develop custom .NET components, including WCF web services, dialog-based workflows, and plugins, while integrating custom web pages into CRM.

Interact with MS CRM database using web service methods.

Design, build, and modify existing business-tier components, Web applications, and database objects using Microsoft platform technologies such as Web API, REST API using .NET, and Azure.

Develop MS Dynamics 365 cloud applications based on business requirements.

Ensure the security of APIs by implementing proper authentication mechanisms, encryption, and data privacy measures.

Customize entities, sitemap, and write client-side JavaScript for complex applications on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.

Requirements

Extensive experience in Dynamics 365 development with a focus on customization, integration, and web services.

Proficiency in developing custom .NET components, including WCF web services, dialog-based workflows, and plugins.

Strong understanding of Microsoft platform technologies such as Web API, REST API using .NET, and Azure.

Experience with CRM database interaction using web service methods.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Relevant experience of at least 10+ years preferred.
