Home Nurse Manager

• Supervise and manage home nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Plan, assign, and monitor daily nursing schedules and home visits.
• Assess patients' healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and organizational policies.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of home nursing staff.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, patients, and families to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare reports on care outcomes.
• Monitor medical supplies, equipment, and medication management for home care services.
• Handle patient concerns, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and implement best practices in home healthcare services.
