Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Sales Officer – Gold Loan to drive our retail loan growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing New-to-Bank (NTB) customers through open-market marketing activities, cold calls, field visits, and candidate/client references. You will also work closely with the branch staff to convert internal leads and deliver outstanding customer onboarding experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Sales \& Lead Generation: Conduct daily open-market field activities, cold outreach, and local area mapping to generate high-quality Gold Loan leads.
• Branch Lead Conversion: Coordinate closely with the Branch Manager and branch staff to follow up on and convert internal leads into logins.
• Customer Meetings: Meet a minimum of 10 new potential customers daily and maintain Daily Sales Reports (DSR) both digitally and physically.
• End-to-End Onboarding: Guide customers through scheme details, interest rates, repayment schedules, and renewal processes while ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned monthly productivity targets in terms of both customer count and portfolio value.
• CRM \& Record Keeping: Log all daily leads and interactions into the Lead Management System accurately.

Requirements \& Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years/Minimum 6 Months of relevant experience in Gold Loans, BFSI, or Retail Sales.
• Age Limit: 22 to 35 Years.
• Core Skills
• Active sales skills and lead generation capability.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective objection handling and customer relationship management.
• Basic understanding of financial products and Gold Loan operations.
