We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack Interns who have a strong understanding of web development fundamentals and are eager to gain hands-on experience working on real-world software projects.

Required Technical Skills

Frontend Development

• Basic knowledge of React.js and component-based architecture.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiarity with React Hooks, Props, State, and React Router.
• Understanding of responsive web design.
• Basic knowledge of Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Familiarity with API integration using Fetch or Axios.

Backend Development

• Basic understanding of Node.js and Express.js.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development.
• Understanding of HTTP methods (GET, POST, PUT, DELETE).
• Familiarity with routing, middleware, and error handling.
• Basic understanding of authentication and authorization.

Database Management

• Basic knowledge of MongoDB.
• Understanding of CRUD operations.
• Familiarity with Mongoose and database schemas.
• Basic understanding of database design and data management.

Additional Technical Skills

• Understanding of Git and GitHub.
• Basic knowledge of JSON and Postman.
• Familiarity with npm and package management.
• Understanding of debugging and troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of JWT authentication.
• Awareness of application security and best practices.
• Basic understanding of website deployment and hosting.
• Familiarity with VS Code and development tools.

Roles \& Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining full stack web applications using the MERN Stack.
• Build responsive, interactive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Support backend API development using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB databases and implement CRUD operations.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
• Identify, debug, and resolve application issues.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.
• Participate in application testing and performance improvements.
• Maintain clean, readable, and reusable code.
• Learn and follow professional software development practices.
• Assist in deploying and maintaining web applications.
• Work on real-time company and client projects under team guidance.

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)

• Knowledge of TypeScript or Next.js.
• Familiarity with Redux Toolkit or Context API.
• Basic understanding of MySQL.
• Awareness of AWS or cloud hosting.
• Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD concepts.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles.
• Basic knowledge of SEO-friendly web development.

These additional skills are an advantage but are not mandatory.

Eligibility \& Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / IT or related qualification.
• Basic practical knowledge of MERN Stack technologies is required.
• Candidates should understand fundamental web development concepts.
• Academic projects, personal projects, or relevant training experience will be an advantage.
• Strong interest in software development and willingness to learn.
