Roles \& Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Lead, manage, motivate, and develop the sales team.
• Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance.
• Track daily enquiries, test drives, bookings, retail, cancellations, and conversions.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Ensure proper lead management and timely customer follow-ups.
• Monitor showroom and field sales activities.
• Analyse sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Improve lead-to-booking and booking-to-retail conversion ratios.
• Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Finance, Insurance, Accessories, Service, and Delivery teams.
• Ensure proper CRM usage, sales reporting, and documentation.
