Thulasi Exim International is a Thanjavur-based export company with offices in Singapore and Australia. We have been in Australia for around 16 years and are one of the leading importers of traditional South Indian food products there. We are growing fast, and we are building a team that uses AI in everyday work. If you are curious, quick to learn and want to be good at AI tools early in your career, this role is for you.

This is not an IT or coding job. It is an end-user, operational role. You will use AI tools to get real business work done faster and better.

What you will do

• Use AI to create PowerPoint presentations, A4 designs, product templates and images for our products
• Use AI to create and edit short videos (for example with CapCut)
• Use AI to manage and update our Shopify websites (products, listings, content)
• Use AI to work in Zoho Books (entries, reports, routine accounting tasks)
• Write clear AI prompts to automate daily, repetitive tasks
• Support purchasing and export operations: coordinating with suppliers, preparing export documents, tracking orders and shipments
• Visit suppliers at nearby locations in and around Thanjavur district, and sometimes outside it
• Assist with daily hands-on operations alongside the team (this is not a desk-only, non-IT role)
• Keep finding better ways to use AI to save time

Who we are looking for

• Freshers welcome. Experience is not required, but you should have basic AI knowledge and a real willingness to learn.
• Any bachelor's degree (BSc, BCom, BBA, BA or similar). Domain knowledge in purchasing, supply chain, accounting or commerce is an advantage. (We are *not considering BE/B.Tech candidates**, as this is not a technical or IT role.)
• Basic understanding of AI tools and prompt writing (you should know how to ask AI for what you need)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office / Excel
• Good English communication
• Willingness to take ownership and keep learning
• Able to work from our Thanjavur office (in person)

Added advantage (not mandatory)

• Design tools: Canva, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop or similar
• AI tools: ChatGPT, Claude (including Cowork), Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini
• Video editing: CapCut or similar AI video tools
• Zoho Books or other accounting software
• If you have experience with several of these, please mention it in your resume.
• Willingness to travel to visit supplier locations in and around Thanjavur district, including outside the district for short distances (highly preferred)
• We prefer candidates in and around Thanjavur District who can come to office regularly.
