Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled Interior Fit-Out Carpentry Drafter to join our manufacturing and factory team. In this role, you will create detailed production and assembly drawings for customized interior carpentry, modular furniture, and architectural fit-outs. You will translate design concepts into clear, precise technical drawings ready for factory execution and CNC processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise 2D CAD layouts and 3D working drawings for interior fit-out carpentry and custom cabinetry.
• Prepare detailed joinery, cutting schedules, hardware specifications, and shop drawings for production execution.
• Utilize software tools to generate fast visual renders, cutting lists, and material estimates for factory workflows.
• Coordinate closely with production leads and factory teams to resolve technical assembly details and site execution requirements.
• Maintain organized drawing archives and track drawing revisions across active client projects.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Hands-on expertise in Naadi Design Software, Coohom, AutoCAD, and SketchUp.
• Carpentry \& Fit-Out Knowledge: Strong understanding of wood panel materials (MDF, Ply, Laminates), hardware fitting details, joinery techniques, and interior construction methods.
• Accuracy: Excellent spatial awareness, precision in measurements, and high attention to manufacturing details.
• Experience: 1–3+ years of drafting experience in modular furniture, prefabricated carpentry, or interior fit-out manufacturing.
• Education: Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Mechanical Drafting, or relevant technical trade certification.
