Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to contact potential and existing customers, explain our products/services, and close sales over the phone. The candidate should have good Hindi communication skills, convincing ability, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data
• Explain company products/services clearly in Hindi
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
• Maintain call records and update CRM/system details
• Follow up with interested customers to close deals
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements

• Good spoken Hindi (mandatory)
• Basic English understanding preferred
• Prior telesales / telecalling experience is an advantage
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge
