About this job
- Manage and lead the 3-wheeler EV sales team and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Generate new customer leads through field visits, referrals, digital platforms and other sources.
- Guide customers regarding EV models, features, pricing, finance and government benefits/subsidies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual customers, fleet owners, business owners and commercial users.
- Coordinate with banks and finance companies for vehicle loan processing.
- Monitor daily enquiries, follow-ups, test drives, bookings and deliveries.
- Plan and execute local marketing and field sales activities.
- Track competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
- Ensure proper follow-up of all leads until booking and delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth vehicle delivery process.
- Motivate and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and achieve team targets.
- Maintain good customer satisfaction and handle customer queries or complaints professionally.
