Business Operations Associate – Work Responsibilities

Communicate with customers, understand their needs, and maintain good professional relationships. Explain the company’s products and services to potential customers and provide the necessary information. Follow up with interested customers, answer their questions, and guide them through the process. Support the company’s business development activities by identifying potential customers and new business opportunities. Assist with daily online business activities, including managing customer orders and updating store details. Check product information and ensure that online listings are clear, correct, and up to date. Handle customer enquiries professionally and help resolve issues in a timely manner. Maintain sales records, coordinate order processing, and assist with the smooth functioning of daily business operations.

Pay

₹270,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
