• Coordinate patient enquiries and provide information about hospital services.
• Support patient relationship and satisfaction activities.
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital departments for patient-related requirements.
• Follow up with patients regarding appointments, consultations, and hospital services.
• Handle patient feedback and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
• Promote hospital services and specialties through appropriate channels.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with local organizations, companies, and the community.
• Support hospital health camps, awareness programs, promotional activities, and events.
• Assist in preparing hospital promotional materials and communication content.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for outreach activities.
• Maintain records of enquiries, follow-ups, referrals, and promotional activities.
• Collect feedback from patients and visitors and report important issues to management.
• Maintain professional communication and confidentiality at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the hospital management.

Pay
