Inventory Incharge

Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Inventory / Inbound Incharge to lead dock receiving, material intake, and stock control operations. You will manage a warehouse team to ensure fast putaway, 100% inventory accuracy, and strict adherence to FEFO/FIFO guidelines in a fast-paced FMCG setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound \& Dock Operations: Oversee truck unloading, physical verification, damage inspection, and prompt Goods Receipt Note (GRN) posting.
• Inventory \& Quality Control: Conduct regular cycle counts, reconcile variances, and enforce FEFO/FIFO rules to eliminate stock expiration and shrinkage.
• Team Leadership: Direct, train, and manage shift supervisors, dock workers, and inventory auditors to meet daily fulfillment and accuracy targets.
• Systems \& Reporting: Track stock movements using WMS/ERP platforms and maintain accurate reporting on batch numbers, expiry dates, and putaway SLAs.
• Key Requirements
• 3–6 years of warehouse inventory and receiving experience (FMCG background mandatory).
• 2+ years of direct team leadership experience.
• Hands-on proficiency in WMS / ERP software (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and MS Excel.
• Strong knowledge of batch/lot tracking, shelf-life management, and damaged stock processing (RTV).

Pay

₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
