Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain company information and records. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems.
• Verify information for accuracy and correct errors when required.
• Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
• Perform data collection, sorting, and basic data processing.
• Handle confidential information responsibly.
• Prepare reports and documents as assigned.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve data-related issues.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and email.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous data entry experience is an advantage.
