Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Executive to handle customer interactions, drive sales, and deliver an excellent in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions and execute product sales
• Explain jewellery details including gold/silver purity, pricing, and designs
• Assist with customization orders in coordination with supervisors
• Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Required Skills \& Qualities

• MBA qualification is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused attitude
• Basic knowledge of jewellery products (training will be provided)
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to achieve targets
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Pay

₹140,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
