Senior Lab Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Lab Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical laboratory procedures and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and prepare samples for testing (blood, urine, swabs, etc.)
• Perform routine lab tests and report findings accurately
• Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness
• Record and analyze test data using lab software
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols
• Assist in inventory management of lab supplies

Requirements

• DMLT/BMLT from a recognized institute
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, lab software)
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
