Good communication and interpersonal skills. Patient-friendly and courteous approach. Basic computer knowledge and ability to use HMIS/hospital software . Good coordination and multitasking ability. Basic understanding of hospital billing and registration processes. Ability to handle difficult or anxious patients calmly. Good English and local-language communication skills Willingness to work in rotational shifts , including weekends/holidays.
