Handle and respond to leads generated through Meta/Facebook/Instagram campaigns. Understand the client's requirements, profile, travel plans, work experience, qualifications, and immigration goals. Conduct professional phone, video, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Explain suitable work visa, immigration, and overseas opportunities clearly and professionally. Convert qualified leads into paying clients through effective consultation and sales techniques. Prepare quotations, explain service charges, timelines, eligibility, and process requirements. Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to maximize conversions. Collect and verify client documents and ensure documentation is complete and accurate. Independently manage the client's case after conversion and coordinate the entire process until completion. Coordinate with internal processing/documentation teams wherever required. Keep clients updated about their case status and next steps. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, sales, payments, and case progress in the company's CRM/system. Handle client queries, objections, and concerns professionally. Build long-term client relationships and generate referrals. Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets .
