Business Development & Target Achievement Driving Disbursements: Meeting monthly and quarterly branch-level sales and disbursement targets for both home loans and loans against property. [1, 2] Channel Management: Onboarding and managing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) , connectors, builders, and referral partners to ensure a steady influx of high-quality leads. [1, 2, 3] Cross-Selling: Ensuring the penetration of secondary financial products, specifically property/life insurance to protect the loan portfolio. [1, 2] 2. Operations & Turnaround Time (TAT) Management End-to-End Coordination: Overseeing the files seamlessly as they move from the Sales team to the Credit/Underwriting and Operations departments. TAT Efficiency: Minimizing the Turnaround Time (TAT) from when a customer submits their documents to the final loan login, sanctioning, and ultimate loan disbursement. [1, 2] 3. Portfolio Quality & Credit Compliance Risk Mitigation: Collaborating with the credit risk team to analyze applicant profiles, Fixed Obligation to Income Ratios (FOIR), and Loan-to-Value (LTV) limits. Property Verification: Ensuring strict legal and technical checks are carried out on properties (checking clear titles for HL and accurate market valuations for LAP collateral). Delinquency Control: Monitoring branch-level Non-Performing Assets (NPAs) and maintaining strict control over early-stage delinquencies (keeping metrics like Portfolio at Risk/PAR within strict limits). [1, 2, 3, 4, 5] 4. Team Leadership & Support Team Productivity: Mentoring, training, and tracking the productivity of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Executives under their command. Problem Resolution: Resolving critical customer complaints, legal logjams in property documentation, or processing deviations efficiently
