Hiring: Relationship Manager – CASA Sales Build Your Career in Banking! We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented candidates for CASA Sales (Current & Savings Accounts) to drive customer acquisition and promote banking products. Key Responsibilities Acquire new customers and open Current & Savings Accounts through open-market sales. Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities. Cross-sell Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, and Wealth products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Ensure KYC/AML compliance and smooth customer onboarding. Activate accounts and maintain required customer balances. Coordinate with branch managers and product teams to provide suitable banking solutions. Candidate Requirements Minimum Graduate with 50% marks . 0–5 years of experience in BFSI/Banking Sales. NISM/IRDA certification preferred. Good knowledge of local markets, business segments, and customer acquisition. Fluency in English and the local language. Basic banking knowledge; Business Banking/Trade/Forex knowledge is an advantage. Good Excel skills and strong communication abilities. Professional personality with good grooming standards.
