Food and Beverage Manager- Hotel Industry

We are looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations of the restaurant and kitchen, ensure high service standards, and maintain guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage overall food and beverage operations

Ensure quality service in restaurant and banquet areas

Supervise staff and maintain discipline and grooming standards

Monitor food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations

Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally

Control inventory, stock levels, and cost management

Plan menus and support promotional activities

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field

Strong leadership and team management skills

Good communication and customer handling skills

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
