CDP – SOUTH INDIAN CUISINE

Location

Dhe Puttu, Chennai

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian cuisine to join our kitchen team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare authentic South Indian dishes with consistent taste and quality.

Manage the assigned kitchen section efficiently.

Ensure proper food preparation, presentation, and portion control.

Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team.

Ensure timely preparation and service during busy hours.

Maintain proper storage and stock rotation.

REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in South Indian cuisine.

Good knowledge of South Indian dishes and cooking techniques.

Ability to manage a kitchen section independently.

Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.

Strong teamwork and time management skills.
