Job Summary

ABS HR Consultancy is looking for an experienced Chinese & Tandoori Master with strong hands-on expertise in preparing Chinese and tandoori dishes in a commercial kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare a variety of Chinese dishes and tandoori items as per restaurant standards.

Handle wok, tandoor, and related kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.

Prepare sauces, marinades, and mise en place as required.

Maintain consistent taste, quality, portion sizes, and presentation.

Manage the workstation efficiently during busy hours.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

Ensure proper storage and handling of food ingredients.

Monitor ingredient usage and minimize food wastage.

Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth daily operations.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience as a Chinese & Tandoori Chef/Master.

Strong practical knowledge of Chinese cooking and tandoori preparation.

Hands-on experience with wok, tandoor, sauces, marinades, and kitchen equipment.

Good understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Good teamwork, discipline, and time-management skills.

General Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred.

Ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Good teamwork, discipline, and a professional attitude.

Immediate joining preferred.

Candidates from Odisha, Bihar, and other states are welcome.

Food/accommodation can be discussed with the employer.
