SPM Panel Wiring Technician

We are looking for an experienced SPM Panel Wiring Technician with hands-on experience in electrical panel wiring and machine wiring for Special Purpose Machines (SPM).

Key Responsibilities

Perform SPM control panel wiring and machine wiring as per electrical drawings.

Read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.

Wire PLC, HMI, VFD, servo drives, contactors, relays, SMPS, MCBs, terminal blocks, and other electrical components.

Carry out sensor, solenoid valve, proximity sensor, limit switch, and actuator wiring.

Perform cable routing, dressing, ferruling, crimping, gland fitting, and termination.

Conduct continuity checks, I/O checking, and electrical testing.

Troubleshoot wiring and electrical issues during machine assembly and commissioning.

Coordinate with PLC/Automation Engineers during machine trials and debugging.

Maintain proper earthing, labeling, and panel finishing.

Follow electrical safety and wiring standards.

Experience – Mandatory

Only experienced candidates will be considered.

Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on experience in SPM/industrial automation panel wiring.

Candidates must have practical experience in SPM machine wiring and control panel wiring.

Freshers and candidates without relevant SPM/industrial wiring experience will not be considered.

Qualification

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, or related field.
