Job Summary
Prime Gold Hub is hiring Tamil & Telugu-speaking Telecallers for our Voice Process team.
The role involves handling customer calls, understanding customer requirements, updating information in the CRM, and following up with customers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Communicate with customers in Tamil and Telugu.
Update customer details, requirements, and call outcomes in the CRM.
Follow up with customers and leads.
Provide relevant information based on customer requirements.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
Maintain professional customer interactions.
Requirements
Tamil & Telugu – mandatory
Good verbal communication skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Confident and customer-friendly approach.
Good follow-up skills.
Freshers can apply.
0–2 years of voice process/telecalling/customer service experience preferred.
