ERP DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Key Responsibilities

Enter daily production output, raw material consumption, and work order updates.

Maintain records of batch numbers, job cards, and production variances.

Record Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), stock issues, and stock transfers.

Update item codes, quantities, and warehouse locations in ERP.

Perform stock reconciliation and support cycle counts.

Create and update Delivery Notes, packing lists, and dispatch schedules.

Track shipments and update ERP with dispatch status.

Generate reports (stock balance, production summary, dispatch status) for management.

Assist in resolving mismatches between physical stock and ERP records.

Skills to handle ERP software (any software), Excel, Powerpoint.

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
