Job Description

Doliosis Holistic Medicine and Foods Private Limited is looking for a Lab Assistant – Production to work in the production area of our homeopathic medicine manufacturing facility at Pirangut.

The candidate will be responsible for carrying out production activities and maintaining related production records as per approved SOPs, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out production activities as per approved SOPs and BMRs.

Follow prescribed production procedures and instructions.

Handle materials required for production as instructed.

Ensure correct batch identification and traceability during production.

Make accurate entries in production records and BMRs.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area.

Follow GMP and safety requirements.

Check quantities and other specified requirements during production.

Report any discrepancy, abnormality or equipment issue to the supervisor.

Coordinate with QA/QC whenever required.

Maintain the production area in an organised and inspection-ready condition.

Qualification & Experience

B.Sc. in Chemistry / Microbiology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or related field.

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, homeopathic, nutraceutical, food, chemical or similar manufacturing.

Freshers are not eligible for this position.

Skills Required

Basic knowledge of production procedures

Good documentation skills

Basic computer knowledge

Ability to follow SOPs and instructions

Attention to detail

Good discipline and work ethic

Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment

Salary

₹18,000–₹20,000 gross per month, depending on experience and suitability.
