About this job
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the company-provided database.
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Explain project details, location, pricing, payment plans, and available options to prospective customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and maintain proper records.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits and meetings with the sales team.
- Maintain daily call reports and update lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a professional relationship with customers and provide timely information.
