Sales Telecaller Fashion

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller / Telesales Executives to join our business. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and business clients to generate sales and develop long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.

Introduce and explain our garment and apparel products.

Generate leads and convert enquiries into sales.

Follow up with existing and prospective customers.

Maintain regular communication with retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, and other buyers.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Negotiate prices and close orders as per company guidelines.

Maintain daily call and sales records.

Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and delivery.

Achieve monthly sales and calling targets.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi and basic English communication required.

Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, garment, fashion, wholesale, or retail sales will be preferred.

Freshers with good communication and sales ability can also apply.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Additional Skills Preferred

Experience dealing with retailers, wholesalers, boutiques or fashion stores.

Knowledge of garments, apparel and fashion products.

Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Ideal Candidate: Someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys talking to customers, is good at follow-ups, and is motivated by sales targets and incentives.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
