Shree Balaji Management – Collection \& Recovery Services is hiring Telecallers (Male/Female) to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Customers ko phone par call karke payment/collection ke liye follow-up karna.
• Assigned customers se professional manner mein communication karna.
• Daily calling aur follow-up details maintain karna.
• Customer queries ko properly handle karna.
• Daily/weekly targets achieve karne ke liye regular follow-up karna.
• Company aur client guidelines ke according kaam karna.

Eligibility

• Male / Female – Both can apply
• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills in Hindi \& English
• Basic computer knowledge preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Experienced candidates are also welcome.

Salary \& Benefits

• Freshers: ₹9,000 – ₹10,000 per month + Incentive
• Experienced candidates: Salary will be discussed after the interview based on experience.
• Work From Home (WFH): Commission Based Only
