Job Overview

• Company: D Succeed Learners Private Limited
• Role: Business Development Executive (BDE) / Inside Sales Coordinator
• Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Fixed, No Sales Targets)
• Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (On-site)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
• Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engagement \& Counseling: Connect with prospective students, working professionals, and corporate clients to explain available IT certification courses and exam vouchers.
• Inbound \& Outbound Coordination: Follow up with registered inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails to provide detailed information on course structures, schedules, and pricing.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with learners by answering queries, addressing concerns, and guiding them through the registration process.
• Information Management: Act as a reliable point of contact between the academic team and inquiries to ensure smooth onboarding.
• CRM \& Data Maintenance: Keep precise, daily logs of all interactions, lead statuses, and student profiles in the internal database.

Key Skills \& Competencies

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
• Customer-Centric Approach: Active listening, patience, and excellent presentation skills to guide learners without high-pressure sales tactics.
• Organisational Skills: High discipline to manage daily follow-ups efficiently within the 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM shift.
• Tech Comfort: Basic proficiency with CRM software, MS Office (Excel/Word), and Google Workspace.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in customer support, inside sales, telecalling, or educational counseling. (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
