After successfully building and running a full-service events company since 2008, we are entering an exciting phase of expansion. We are looking to collaborate with a dynamic Growth Partner / Co-Founder who is passionate about scaling a meaningful brand in the events and experiential space.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented partner who can not only drive strategy and business development but also lead operations and manage teams effectively to ensure seamless execution at scale.

Key Responsibilities: Growth \& Strategy

• Drive business expansion and revenue growth
• Identify and develop new verticals and opportunities
• Build strategic partnerships and collaborations
• Strengthen brand positioning and market presence

Operations \& Execution

• Oversee end-to-end event operations, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Build and implement efficient systems, processes, and workflows
• Ensure timelines, budgets, and execution standards are consistently met
• Problem-solve on-ground challenges with agility

Team Leadership \& Supervision

• Lead, mentor, and supervise internal teams and external vendors
• Build a strong, accountable, and high-performing team culture
• Set clear KPIs, workflows, and reporting structures
• Ensure smooth coordination across design, production, and execution teams

Client \& Business Development

• Drive client acquisition and relationship management
• Pitch, convert, and retain high-value clients
• Maintain strong client experience and satisfaction standards
