We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in end-to-end recruitment, candidate coordination, onboarding, and HR operations while ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Maintain employee and candidate databases.
• Prepare offer letters and other HR-related documents.

Pay

₹9,400.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
