We're building out the offline distribution network for our Isabgol / Psyllium Husk-based nutraceutical and proprietary food portfolio, and need a field-first sales leader to drive it.

What you'll do

• Expand distribution across kirana stores, modern retail, pharmacies, wellness \& health food stores, and gyms/fitness studios
• Onboard distributors, stockists, wholesalers \& retail partners
• Build relationships with nutritionists, dieticians, trainers \& wellness professionals
• Drive store visits, sampling, placements \& repeat orders
• Plan and execute offline activations — fitness events, HYROX-style events, exhibitions \& community activations
• Feed market intel back on pricing, competition \& customer behaviour

What we're looking for

• Hands-on offline sales/distribution/trade marketing experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, food, pharma or health \& wellness
• Existing relationships with retailers, distributors, gyms or wellness professionals
• Track record helping scale a health/food/nutraceutical brand
• Comfortable being on the ground, opening doors, and closing deals
• Commercially sharp, proactive, and genuinely passionate about sales \& brand-building
