We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist for a US Healthcare Process. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling high-volume calls and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries related to the US Healthcare process.
• Provide effective support to patients, providers, or other healthcare stakeholders.
• Handle high-volume calls professionally.
• Maintain excellent verbal and written communication.
• Resolve customer issues with a customer-first approach.
• Manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining accuracy.

• Requirements
• HSC, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare customer service.
• Experience in medical billing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and multitask effectively.
• Customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work in US shifts.
• Preferred Experience
• Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred
• Claims processing
• Provider support
• Patient support
• Revenue cycle management
• BPO/Healthcare support environment
• Shift \& Working Days
• Rotational shifts (24/7\)
• No midnight shifts
• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
• Salary
• Depends on last drawn salary
• Maximum: ₹40,000 in-hand

No transportation/cab facility is provided by the company.
