Receptionist – The Stone Arch Hotel, Navi Mumbai (Accommodation Provided)

The Stone Arch Hotel is looking for a well-presented, professional, and customer-oriented Receptionist to join our team.

We are seeking a friendly and responsible individual with good communication skills who can handle front desk operations, assist guests, and ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and visitors warmly and professionally.
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
• Manage phone calls, guest inquiries, and reservations.
• Maintain guest records, booking details, and front desk documentation.
• Assist guests with room availability, hotel facilities, and general information.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, restaurant staff, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and billing.
• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and presentable.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain guest satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Hotel Receptionist is preferred.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of hotel booking systems is an advantage.
• Presentable personality with a polite and professional attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle guests efficiently.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and willing to work in shifts.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
