Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Lab Technician to perform laboratory tests, handle patient samples, and maintain accurate test records while following quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, receive, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples.
• Perform routine laboratory tests as per standard procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Record and verify test results accurately.
• Follow infection control, safety, and quality-control protocols.
• Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory.
• Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff regarding laboratory reports.

Qualification

DMLT / B.Sc. MLT or equivalent qualification.

Experience

1–3 years or relevant laboratory experience preferred.

Skills

Good technical knowledge, attention to detail, accuracy, teamwork, and communication skills.
