Costing manager

Core Responsibilities

• Standard \& Actual Costing: Build and maintain standard costs, evaluate production variances, and track actual manufacturing expenses.
• Cost Estimation \& RFQs: Calculate estimates for new and proposed products, machine hour rates (MHR), labor rates, and cycle times.
• Inventory \& Valuation: Oversee physical inventories, value raw materials, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods, and maintain clean accounting records.
• Variance \& Margin Analysis: Identify where money is lost across materials, labor, and overheads, and support profitability decisions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Finance teams to drive cost-saving initiatives and vendor negotiations.

Pay

Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
