Account Manager

Location: malad Mumbai, India

We are a renowned jewellery manufacturing company based in the heart of Mumbai, and we are on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Accountant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to provide insights into the company's performance.
• Maintain accurate records of inventories, supplier invoices, and overhead costs for production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to budget, forecast, and analyze financial performance.
• Conduct regular audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain financial integrity.
• Assist in financial planning, taxation, and cash flow management.
• Implement robust accounting systems and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as an accountant in a manufacturing or jewellery sector is highly desirable.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to data processing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
