Function

Indirect Taxation / FinanceKey Responsibilities1. GST Compliance \& Return Filing

• Prepare and and file periodic GST returns, including GSTR-1,GSTR-06 and GSTR-3B, within the prescribed statutory timelines.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of annual GST returns, including GSTR-9, and other applicable GST compliances.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of GST data before filing and maintain proper supporting documentation.
• Monitor statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of assigned GST compliance activities.

GST Reconciliation \& Input Tax Credit

• Perform detailed GSTR-2B vs. Purchase Register reconciliation to ensure accurate and eligible availment of Input Tax Credit (ITC).
• Analyse reconciliation differences and coordinate with respective internal teams/vendors for timely resolution.
• Monitor ITC eligibility and identify instances requiring reversal or corrective action.

Preferred Profile: Candidates with practical exposure to GST return filing, GSTR-2B reconciliation, ITC validation, GST accounting, e-invoicing/e-way bills, and ERP-based GST operations would be preferred.
