About Calida Rehab

Calida Rehab is a psychiatric and de-addiction rehabilitation centre providing comprehensive mental health and addiction recovery services. We are looking for a compassionate, responsible, and clinically competent Residential Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Karjat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychological assessments and clinical evaluations of patients.
  • Develop individualized psychological intervention and treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, and family counselling/therapy as appropriate.
  • Conduct therapeutic and psychoeducational sessions for patients.
  • Monitor patients' psychological progress and document treatment outcomes.
  • Work closely with psychiatrists, RMOs, counsellors, nurses, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in case discussions, treatment planning, reviews, and discharge planning.
  • Provide counselling and psychoeducation to patients and their families regarding mental health, addiction, relapse prevention, and rehabilitation.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
  • Identify and report psychological or behavioural risk factors, including self-harm, aggression, relapse, or other concerns, to the appropriate clinical team.
  • Participate in patient activities, rehabilitation programs, staff meetings, training, and clinical reviews.
  • Follow institutional policies, clinical protocols, patient rights, confidentiality requirements, and applicable regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to quality improvement, clinical audits, and rehabilitation-related documentation.
  • Support the overall therapeutic environment and promote patient safety, dignity, and recovery.

Eligibility

Qualification

  • M.Phil. in Clinical Psychology preferred.
  • M.A./M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology candidates may also apply, subject to applicable role requirements.
  • RCI registration/eligibility preferred for roles requiring regulated clinical practice.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in a psychiatric hospital, de-addiction centre, rehabilitation centre, or similar clinical setting is preferred.

Residential Responsibilities

As this is a residential position, the psychologist is expected to actively participate in the clinical and rehabilitation program as per the centre's duty roster and operational requirements.
