KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Patient care and monitoring
• Medication administration as per doctor's orders
• Maintaining nursing records and documentation
• Assisting doctors during procedures
• Monitoring vital signs and patient condition
• Maintaining infection-control and patient-safety standards
• Effective coordination with doctors and other hospital departments
