Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our retail operations in Mumbai. The role involves working closely with store managers and business teams to fulfil staffing requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure timely closures across stores.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment for retail positions, including Sales Associates, Cashiers, Store Supervisors, Assistant Store Managers, and Store Managers.
• Understand manpower requirements and prioritise hiring for existing stores and new store openings.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and local hiring networks.
• Conduct initial screening to assess communication skills, retail experience, role suitability, salary expectations, and joining availability.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate timely feedback and selection decisions.
• Organise walk-in interviews and bulk hiring drives based on business requirements.
• Communicate offers and negotiate compensation within approved budgets.
• Follow up with selected candidates to improve offer acceptance and reduce joining dropouts.
• Coordinate documentation, background verification, and onboarding with the HR team.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and share regular updates on vacancies, hiring progress, and pending closures.
• Track recruitment metrics, including turnaround time, offer-to-joining ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Ensure a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in retail or frontline bulk hiring.
• Strong communication, interviewing, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring timelines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, recruitment portals, and applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi and any other third language would be preferrable

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
